Welcome to my not-so-anticipated build thread! Will have spurts of excitement with long stretches of boredom, but it'll be fun. If not for you, definitely for me .

Also finally got my sliders installed. Literally have had them since I got the bumpers and skids back in November...which reminds me, I still need to prep/paint/install the skid plates :frusty:. Was a bitch trying to do all the different coatings of stuff on the ground. Paint, wait, flip, repeat. Finally got the idea to use my tie down straps and hang it from the garage door rail with some plywood as a backing. After some weight testing, worked out pretty good!

Had a buddy come over today before I had to head into work and we got the damn things installed. Should have done this a long time ago. Love the way they look!

Thank you, I appreciate the compliment :headbang:! Just called the local shop and they said the coilovers will be here on Thursday, but the the warehouse in Cali still hasn't received the rear shocks....so still waiting on that. UCA's should get here sometime next week and the u-bolt flip will hopefully :fingerscrossed: be here next week as well. In the mean time I'm going to start prepping and painting the skid set so that can get put on as well.

Noice. Looks like we'll be having a good turn out. I was hoping to have the suspension and tires put on before the meet up, but it's been taking a while to get the rear shocks in. Also why I haven't had any real updates. Just playing the waiting game now :goingcrazy::frusty:

Agreed. I would love to do the rear bumber/swing out here but I really don't want to pay that much in shipping. We'll see what happens. If there is another CBI group buy out here I might jump in on it. Need to be able to put the spare up so I have room to install an aux tank :taco:

So I did a little thing. Got around to putting on some grip tape onto my sliders. Still need to put strips on the kickout though.

The last of my Fox components came in as well as the HD flip kit from Archive Garage. So now just waiting for an opportunity to get the suspension installed.

ADD is a lovely thing and I have continuously forgot/put off sitting down and updating, so here we go.

I finally got *all* of the suspension parts in, or so I thought. Turns out I forgot to order some bushings for the new leaf packs because I'm a dummy. First trip to the garage was spent installing the new UCA's and front Fox 2.5's.

With the time that was going to be spend on the rears, it was decided to install the snorkel so as not to have to worry about it later.

Bringing the thread up to speed #2. Second trip back to the garage when I got the new bushings in; also decided (thankfully) to buy some 4" longer rear brake lines for future proofing. Got the rear shocks, leaf packs, and HD u-bolt flip kit installed along with body chopping the front for fitting the larger tires that have been patiently waiting in my garage :sawzall::welder:.

Finally got muh CBI Skid set installed. Huzzah for more weight! Shout out it @ecgreen for the help in sending pictures on how some of it bolted up. For some eagle eyed viewers, yes that is a missing bolt at the back of it. Had to grab one at the hardware store as it was one short. Only 44 cents though so no biggy.
