I used vinegar & baking soda. The right one was still foggy so i did white toothpaste ;) then i turtle waxed it... probably won't last forever but was a huge improvement.
There's also a "right way" that's still el cheapo (link below) But I didn't have that stuff laying around... I might do it in the future though.

Stock battery hold down never fit my tall group 27 battery. Got this anodized aluminum hold down on Amazon for $15. Had to notch it out a little, too wide between caps. But it holds my battery a lot better without bowing down the back side like the stock one did.

And yesterday i did this because i saw it on here (TW) and i already had one, just had to buy velcro. (Which i used the 10lb rated marine stuff from academy sports)... it pulls the lid down becauseof that's on it though... :notsure:20180507_193836.jpg

I'd be curious about a rust free lock for those little storage areas... I've read a lot but haven't found something i thought would last...

What a difference! Unfortunately the front tires rub the UCA’s, we’re waiting for the Spidertrax spacers to come in tomorrow.

It should be totaled off of that price but I don't know how much 4wd will affect the price. Depending on the state it goes of the percentage of the cost of the vehicle meaning if it takes more than 70% of the overall value of the car to fix it insurance companies consider them totaled. The percentage goes off of where you're from and that states laws once you find that out you can either do the math yourself or wait until the insurance company gets back to you.

see post 154230...I have a bypass oil filter installed...filters aprox 10% of the system flow, thru a hi performance filter, like 97.8% eff at 2 microns...normal filter runs in the 20 micron range...kit uses the oil pressure switch outlet as a supply, returns as in the picture, or drilled hole in valve cover or oil pan
