Time will tell on the weather and how long it will last. It looks like a pretty solid unit to me. I have 15lb velcro holding it down, I have only used one side so far. My next set of lights will be under the hood over the engine.

Well they called me today, and I told them the only way that I would let them have it is if they find the same truck with 4 wheel drive and then swap over all of my aftermarket modifications and pay it off. And the guy was like well that’s a little ridiculous but here’s what we could do... and I hung up

Time for the first oil change since I have owned the truck. Going to let the local dealership do it this time, they seem a little high priced. Turned over 35,000 when I turned in.image.jpg

Good choice I have never had a good experience with a vehicle that was in a wreck just seems its something after another. They turn into more of a money pit than they already are. LOL I would just use whatever you get from the insurance company and get a new TACO!!

The camper came free with the sticker.

Lucky! I can't find one for a decent price. I see people getting them for $350-500 but I can't find a decent one under $1K. I have a like new SofTopper so I'm not willing to spend $1K on another top.

I did get a fair deal on it and I was super lucky the color matched! Keep checking Craigslist and other online market places. I had actually decided to take a break from searching and the very next day a friend from our local TW group spotted it and posted up the link. It wasn't on CL for a half hour. I got really lucky in so many ways. Fingers crossed for you!

That is a lock and roll hitch. Work exceptionally well on trailers for off roading.

You will never get over it just have to adjust to the reality of what has happened and it is not easy. I have a 24 year old located a few thousand miles away and he is always on my mind every day. Prayers for everyone that God watches over and takes care of our kids, both here and when they are no longer here.
