It legit happened right in front of a state trooper that was watching people enter the HOv to make sure they had 2+people . The kid took off and I followed and he ended up pulling over a mile up the road. He hasn’t contacted me but I reached out to my insurance right away. No pictures as it happened at 530 am and was pitch black

I had a guy hit me from the side. He merged into my lane without checking his blind spot n hit my front tire. I was in my Titan with 37" tires, he was in a older Tuaras. He said I hit him even though he was going into my lane. Not scratch on my truck but his rear door had a huge dent n tire gouges from bottom to top. He immediately told me to pay him right now. Told him to F*** off!

Yeah sucks though because I wanted to stop right there since the trooper was there. Someone called in the accident but when I called the barracks to find out what trooper was stationed at the HOV lane they couldn’t tell me and said they would call me when they found out. I need him as a witness!
