    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Surprisingly often times they are not, most intercoolers are also hand welded, albeit it's only super tedious and tough if you make it look really nice.

    @Roostfactor , I believe Itronix gave you the 1.18 number, to multiply to the "X"g/s, for HP calculation, correct?

    I have found other numbers of 1.1 and 1.15, as well. Makes me curious if the 1.18 is the general consensus # for the Tacoma with a TRD?

    That places yours between 365 and 381 brake HP.

    That is correct @torspd, 1.18. I got that direct from Itronix. I wanted to get the most accurate calculation for our application because as you have found the multiplier varies for different engines. I am assuming that Mr. Itronix is using a multiplier that is the most accurate for us. I have also seen from 1.1 to 1.25 multipliers used on the web which is why I contacted him.
    Of course it is still just an estimate but it at least gives us a solid data plot for reference.

    thanks @Torspd im pretty happy with that. truck feels good. just installed wot box with 2 step. makes the junk 6 speed shift like a sports car. might be the answer to alot of peoples problems other then installing t56

    His prices really aren't bad considering they are all hand built. $1100-1400 for a turbo manifold is very reasonable considering the time and quality.
