    After reading this, I change my opinion who is at fault now.

    I maybe the only one who believes this, but that’s fine. It’s PayPal’s fault. They should’ve known better to allow this buyer to go through with this purchase. I know this is after the fact, but with the current technology and the talking beforehand, they should’ve had some “Minority Report” up in this crap and prevented this whole debacle. Hence, PayPal is at fault and should donate the money to a charity... apparently.
