Ya, prices can be steep in Hawaii especially when you’re dealing with questionable motors since you generally don’t know if it’s been overheated or neglected. Shipping it out is an option but shipping costs to and from the mainland of heavy stuff generally equals out the pricing differences. Hawaii is hard cause we have some tough regulations on chemicals down here plus we need to ship all our supplies in and rent costs a fortune because of land prices down here. People think Hawaii is behind the times with lots of things but truth is that it costs too much to do business in Hawaii compared to the mainland that has dirt cheap rent, free shipping on their supplies and more relaxed regulations (except Commifornia)

i've had Ted's do some jobs for me, I like them.

They might charge a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Speaking of shops people recommend. Anyone have a good shop in mind that can regear my truck to for a decent price.

I love Turo. Going to DC next week, I have a 2018 Audi Q3 for $60 a day. Last trip to DC I got a 2017 A4 for $60 a day. I love it and usually the people are flexible for meeting up.

I search for deals, there's some great ones on there. I found an R8 in the suburbs of DC for $115 a day... gf has better sense and reminded me we'll have 4 suitcases lol

My dog will sure appreciate it to get hosed off after the walk on the beach. And rise my salty ass off when I go for a swim.

It’s bad when I go back to the Ohio Valley for leave and it’s nicer back home than it is here.

So I did a thing today... as much as I love the TRD Pro grill. I couldn’t see my self faking the funk (personal preference)

I had to go with this one... first one on the islands. I’m digging it! 7E3C7982-5941-42A8-A68C-536F98D980FB.jpg
