Well I guess I'm heading out on another long trip. Friday I leave for Wisconsin to visit a friend over the weekend, then from there I'll head West towards Montana, Wyoming, and the Pacific Northwest.

Anyone have any suggestions on places to see, trails to run, etc?

Right now the places I want to see for sure are Glacier NP, Yellowstone NP, and the Tetons. I'll probably be gone for about 2.5 weeks and don't have much of a plan as of now.

Well my internship overlaps with the surf trip I was supposed to take to El Salvador this summer so hopefully I’ll be able to find something fun to do with the 4Runner after the internship is over

Well I graduated Sunday with my ME degree. I have a job lined up, signed the offer a little while ago, now I'm just waiting on a start date. I was working an internship at my university, but they don't let you keep working after graduation so I'm not working until I start my real job.

I figured rather than sitting around for 3 weeks, I might as well take advantage of the time off and do something I won't be able to do for a long while most likely. Grab my stuff, load up the 4Runner, and drive.

I've never been to that area of the country, and it's so far from here it takes a week just to drive there and back, so you'd need at least 2 weeks off of work to make a trip out of it. Gotta take advantage of the opportunities when they appear.

Thanks man! Congrats to you too. So glad to be done with undergrad. I had 18-19 hours a semester for the last 4 semesters and work...

Thanks! I get 2 weeks PTO plus holidays so no more crazy long trips for me most likely. At least you're close to cool stuff so 9 days should go pretty far for you.

Well if you're looking to move down south there's lots of engineering positions here in Huntsville, but I don't think youd want to move down here after living in Arizona and California haha

I forgot how quick and easy it is to rebuild a CV. Did two inners a few weeks ago and for all the hassle of removing them from the truck, takes a few min each to rebuild. Just have to use a whole roll of paper towels...unless your super cool and have a parts washer.
