I have a pair of homemade bed crossbars made of heavy steel piping. They come with bolts and anchors to fit in the bed sliders. Located in central NJ and looking for local pickup since shipping would be too expensive. $70 for the pair.

Probably, with something like exhaust style u-clamps or small u-bolts.
