Just off the top of yall's head, if I decide to camp there (or really anywhere in remote Arkansas forrests), how long can I stay at a time?

I believe you can occupy a camp site for 14 days before you must relocate.

14 nights staying in the national forest total each month is the USFS official stance on the matter on a national level. Ozark NF forest service page is a little more vague on the subject. It’s to prevent squatters from living there and just moving every two weeks.

Seriously doubt you’ll run into issues in the ONF though, I’ve seen one or two rangers in all my trips over there. I do have a friend who got caught living in his camper in a NF in Colorado. Slap on the wrist and a “get your camper out of the forest” talk. But they knew he couldn’t afford the fine, hints why he was living there in the first place. And that was Colorado where they seem to be watching a little more carefully.

Yeah, I have seen people living in the parks in colorado, trash everywhere, 2 or three car parked around. Thats not the way I would do it anyways. I would probably only stay in a spot 1 week and go expore somewhere else

Thursday PM? I'll probably be on Dickson with your son. Haha. I could see that Waffle House from my apartment if there wasn't a body shop in the way

Fill a 5 gallon acetone can with water, and just randomly walk towards them and stop about 8 feet from them and dump it down the floor drain.
