Any plans on theft protection for when you put your ditch lights back on?

    One option so far:

    1. Some type of stainless steel or powder coated steel sheathing with an super high strength epoxy where the sheathing would end near where the wire enters the light housing. This prevents the cutting threat. You have to cut the wire no matter what to get the pod from the wiring under the hood. The pods wiring is pinched slightly by the hood when closing. It pinches against a plastic piece (not sure what to call it), and where the light plugs into the wiring harness is big enough to not be able to pull it through the pinched area. That's how it was for me anyways. When my light got stolen it was cut away. Now you have to consider the brackets themselves, side note I am for sure getting them powder coated before I reinstall, the side screws can easily be backed out and then the light is free from the bracket. Cutting is a must at that point. To stop the screws from being backed out. Tack weld maybe on the screw heads to prevent being able to use a screwdriver. Locktite is an option, I am not sure it would really hold it permanently. You want to be able to adjust your lights too, so you run into that problem. Also, consider the nut on the bottom of the light. Tack weld the threads once tightened?

I am open to suggestions so please do not hesitate if you have any.
