I’m bringing about 50 pounds of smoked elk and venison sticks. I have a freezer full. Il thaw em out the night before and who ever wants em can eat em. They are in 1lb bags. Take as many as ya like. Maybe we can just have table of meat snacks!!!

Mmmmmmm meat snacks. There is a really good butcher up by my sis and bil in NJ. Owned by some polish family man they make some really good types of jerky, slim jim type things. Spicy, sweet, tangy, savory what ever your flavor. I need to make an order.

That’s how these are. Hickory smoked ek and venison. I went overboard and had 100lbs made cause I didn’t have time to do it. They are good. I don’t wanna see em sit in the freezer and with the move coming up I was giving a bunch away. The wife said the other day” why don’t you take them to the taco meat meet?” Fuckin genius!

So I'm thinking I'll start the pig so it'll be ready for dinner and the other smoked meat dishes we can do lunch with. Does that sound good to everyone. I am thinking a half a hog would be good based on the # of people and there will be more than enough.

Ok, we need to start gathering funding for PAT and the port-o-johns. Looks like we can one for $55 a weekend, thinking we should get 3....just to be on the safe side. Who can throw in for this? Total of $165, I'm sure there is tax and such, I still have to call.
