    I was gonna run yesterday but I was exhausted. Had a great workout yesterday morning. Super sore today. Them full body workout got me good. It was crossfit-y but not crossfit lol. Trying to get my surf workouts back in. Need them paddling muscles back in shape

    How it always is! I had a 3 hour surf a couple weeks ago, I couldn’t move the rest of the day and was dead the following day. I forgot how much you use your triceps while surfing haha. They were damn near cramping. Obviously my shoulders and lats were toast too. But damn it’s a good feeling haha

    Woot I got three pics. The Tacoma was nice. But I beefed her up, she got fat. So I trimmed her down. Then she got old and heavy again. So I had to let her go for a younger, thinner more well built model. And she bounces and screams hahaha
