It was either that or under GA law I could sue for 45k plus legal fees and keep the car. They don't have much choice.

 

Can't put a price on fun. Plan is to die with a list of have done's and not wish I would have.

In FL you can go on a 39 fighter jet for 30 mins for $2400. I would rather do that, then spend $2100 at Disney for 4 days again.

 

Just trying to put it behind me and move on. Didn't wanna go for the jugular and make it take forever.

@Bubbles that’s great news. Close friend of mine had a similar experience with his 3rd Audi. It took him over 15 months and had to get a lawyer invlovled. End result was very similar to yours. They bought the car back and he made some extra cash.

 

Sad thing the dealer will just sell it again as a certified pre owned Audi.

Got the prices for icon rebuild from DSMS. Def might be “downgrading” and going back to an OME lift or Bilsteins....not paying what they want to have these rebuilt. I just don’t see the value especially since I don’t get to wheel much anymore.
