Yeah that's what I would like to do. Get the HH and then check how much flex I can get out of the suspension and get a good shock. Looking at Archive Garages shock relocating mount it gets higher into the wheel well and they say you can stuff a 14"travel shock into there.

^^This is the video I’m referencing, I like the guy doing the turtorial as it’s informational and easy to understand. But it doesn’t talk about a 4x4 soft shackle so I watched it several times trying to think about my line length and size of the shackle I wanna end up with. I cut the line to 8’, taped the ends, made the eyelet. It was getting late so I called it a night. I can start off fresh within the next couple days as to focusing on the button knot itself. Note: A sharp ceramic knife on a block in the sawing motion was the best way to cut the amsteel line.

    To be continued..

That's the issue I ran into, I had no clue how much line to use. I eventually searched google for soft shackle calculator and found one that allows me to input the size of the line and how big of a shackle loop diameter you want. It ended up being roughly 73 inches if I remember correctly.

I ended up buying a rope splice kit. It came with scissors that have serrations. It cuts thru it like butta! It came with a bunch of stuff, but I really only use the shears and the fid.

So I accidentally "Super Liked" a girl up in Salisbury and didn't say anything to her for an hour and she called me a dick.
