You can only order when there is stock. Meso doesn't do backorders.

Just a tip. Not THE tip, just a tip tho. When you install your gasshole put a little antiseize on your screw before you install it. I see on the previous page someone said he had rust on his screw. No bueno

It arrived not too long ago and I wasted no time getting it installed. Easy peasy. The only difficulty was in finding the right bit. Luckily I did because the screw strips pretty easily. Anyways, all finished up and I love it. Never been so excited to head to the gas station lol.

Slightly random.. but I wonder... Anyone know if a paint pen or something similar would work on these gassholes? Just to add a little color or something. Not that it's needed.. but it might make the words pop out more when the door is opened. I know they sell stuff like that at art/craft stores (like michaels, etc.).. quick google showed some liquitex paint pen/markers that "claim" to work on nearly any surface, (if the nib is small enough to get in the grooves for the letters.)

Totally not needed.. I was just curious, I'm kinda tempted to try, if I ever find myself out at one. (which is unlikely till at least next weekend, since I work nights and there's none open during my hours during the week.)

Ha ha... I’ve been thinking on this for a while for the same reason.

Option 1 - Paint the entire thing the same color as the truck with spray paint or OEM paint, use model paint to fill in the lettering and logo with black or highlight color, then clear coat. Wouldn’t make sense to to do the inner ring since the cap will just wear it off anyway.

Option 2 - Just use model paint to fill in the letters and logo of the truck color if it stands out enough, then clear coat.

Great ideas! You could also spray the face and then sand it off leaving the letters with a color. Maybe.

Go to the first post on page one of this thread and keep an eye on it. When they're available, you'll see a PayPal button on the page. If the PayPal button isn't there, they aren't available at the moment.
