Yours was the inspiration for mine. This thread went sideways unfortunately, but lots of good stuff here. Still two thumbs up for Wyatt

Trying to see how difficult the instal n prices. Only prices I see are 6 yrs old. I don't need a crawler box but backing trailers n trail riding I do I see it a great benefit.

If you don't get the crawler box, the installation is very easy. Just take off the old box, put in the new one and hook back up the driveline. You will have to get the sticks through the floor and decide where to put them. This may involve some minor cutting, heating, bending and welding. You will also need to do some work with the electronics to fool it into thinking everything is still hooked up. I'm normally a DIY guy. I swapped a truck transmission into a bronco when I was 18, so this goes way back. I'm actually glad I did this swap through Wyatt. All the guess work and nonsense is taken out. You get all the right parts, all the wiring info, and Wyatt does a complete teardown and inspection of every donor case. You see two guys here with lots of miles on the swap and no issues. Wyatt and I did the swap in two days start to finish.

You should know though, that there is a guy here selling a high quality electronic 2-Lo enabler. If all you want is 2-lo which is huge, that would be cheaper and very easy! His name is uptonogood, or something similar

yep, that is the guy. I have purchased from him before and he does very good work. I have not tried his 2lo module though.
