I know. I'm trying to get there. I do appreciate the HELPFUL comments. I will call relentless tomorrow, and C4 fab too.

So....Today at lunch, I went to the steel place to get supplies ordered for my home made rack, ended up being around a hundred bucks. A little while ago, on my way to harbor freight, I called All-pro to cancel my order. Guess what? It's already loaded to go out. It should be here by thursday.

So for the past two days, no one at all-pro could tell me anything, and now today, the person I talked to tells me it's already been shipped?

That place needs to get their shit in gear. This wont be the last time I talk to them.

Normally I would just let this stuff go, but I spent a lot of time trying to track this thing down. I then spent more money trying to solve a problem that I feel, they created, by poor communication and/or business practices.

Am I out of line in thinking that they should step up and knock the price down, or send me some free stuff to make up for the additional costs I have now incurred?

Try Front Runner. Not sure on cost, but they’re top notch quality and I’ve had very quick shipping from them in the past. Had one on my Jeep, but the Tacoma ones look excellent as well.

Edit: damn, sorry man - they’re about $900

No you are not. That's some bs. They are probably shipping you someone else's stuff to avoid losing the sale

Well first wait and see if it actually arrives. Also if you get it in time its all good minus some frustration. Pleanty of shops to switch your business too. Lead times for these products suck.

Oh, you can bet I'm not counting on anything. I guess it's a good thing that I have a backup plan and materials.

And I would just like to say a big thanks to some of our vendors here who PM'd me about trying to get products to me by the deadline. KBVoodoo, Skell, sent me some help. Unfortunately, the cost was just more than I can cough up at the time. Thanks for looking out guys, but I have to keep my cost down at the moment, as I might have another kiddo on the way. TW is a kick ass place (except for a few buttholes).

Ha I ordered a set of bed bars from all pro on February 28th.... called first week of April three days in a row and each day they said they said they couldn’t find my order. Even though I had the fricken order number and confirmation email. Thank god for my bank allowing me to charge back.

Same with me on allpro bed bars..i use to like the company..no longer.... I ordered them about a month ago and have had no luck contacting. I left messages and if not contacted tomorrow, i'm disputing the charges with my bank.

C4 Fab worked with me and had some bed bars out within a week, can't beat that!

Here's a back up plan. A quick check on the Indianapolis Craigs List had eighteen racks for sell, maybe you can modify one to make it work for you.

Are the pre 16 beds the same at 16 and above as far as racks and bed bars are concerned?

    yes/no.
Same bed, but the rail caps are a bit higher on the '16+ though so it depends on the design of the bed rack setup.

We're finishing a batch of bars right now, email us with info as to exactly what you're looking to order and I can check out what we have left over next week when we're back at the shop (tuesday). We added a few extra sets to the batch when we started it so I think theres still limited extras available for quick shipping. Batch after this will be in another month. We also have some of our modular bed racks available/in stock right now.
