ii honestly have not looked into all the details. normally i would, but when i saw full access to all onboard cameras i just decided I'll make it work whatever it takes.

i actually spend hours just spectating in iracing advanced races and watch the whole race flipping between onboard cameras in the front pack. i have learned a ton about racing and driving in general from that. so when i saw onboards fully available ii had to have it. I'm tripping that i will be able to do that now and control my own camera views. that shit is worth paying for.

 

Yeah, All F1 onboard cameras and full unedited team radio - I'm in.

 

It's on android as well so I imagine if you have some sort of casting device then it's possible to watch on your tv.

Sounds tempting but I like waking up normally and having a nice cup of coffee while I watch the race, pausing to refill, rewinding, all that stuff I get by recording the race. Watching live at 3am, not so much.

 

You can watch online with those features at anytime. At least that's what I'm doing now with FP2. Of course you run the risk of spoilers going to the F1TV late in the day.

but nobody can yet say whether or not they gave Ferrari the go ahead to mount a whole bunch of other shit to the halo since that's what they were intending all along, of course.

The Miami layout isn't ideal, but it beats driving all the way to Austin for a race. 10 hrs vs. 15 hrs. drive.

 

Either one is the other side of the country for me but it would be fun to go see a race at a different track than Austin since I have been there twice now. If it happens there is a good chance I will try to make it down.

 

Austin is a great track. I was there in ‘12. It took two days to get there :/
