    Supposedly back in the day they used to use beers a cleaning agent for some things because of the carbonation in it.

    I was gifted this book for my birthday back in February, just now opening it up. It has some really cool information on beer. It also covers wine and liquor. Pretty cool.

    Nice, fresh aroma.
    Going to let it sit a bit. Temp on the bottle says 54*.

    Nice...getting more malty/nuttiness with warmth. Great flavor.
