So guys... How screwed am I? Never had any CV issues before

And yes the angle is extreme, taking care of that this weekend (miscommunication on amount of lift/preload, dropping it down now that I have time) Hopefully not past the point of no return?

Smoking does not dis qualify you. What people don’t pass is they say from the start I only smoked it a dozen times. Ok now think back did you smoke after say a high school football ball games, and that’s what you did. Now say you went all four year in high school. Most high schools had about 10 to 12 games a year.Well that could’ve came out to 40 to 48 times you smoked. Now say you hadn’t smoked in ten years, say 2008. So if that’s what you did tell them what you did before the poly. Now if you lied about 2008 and it was 2013 and the 2008 was to look good they’ll catch you in a lie. Just need to be honest. That’s what they are looking for. You should be able to come clean before the poly but if you wrote something down on your app was a lie. I can’t tell what they would do

Also, Tepui finally sent me an invoice for my replacement black cover and sent a tracking #, it’ll be here tomorrow. Can’t believe it took since TepuiFest to find it in stock lol.

Accidentely smooshed one of my tail lights this morning, now the broken Right matches the cracked Left.

Gonna try to replace them this weekend, should i go OEM or are there decent aftermarket ones that arent LEDs or look like fake Altezzas?

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
THIS. I had applied for LEO jobs over the course of 4 years on and off and either too much politics or just straight bullshit. Some departments DQ for speeding tickets, others for weed smoking, others for credit scores, others for random shit. I've passed Polys, interviews, BG's, the biggest issue is the psych exam. I was DQd from two departments and I ended up appealing one of them. I paid out of pocket for my own psych and he even told me that with the current exam score it really is up to how the psychologist is feeling that day. Many if not all departments rely on the standardized testing now unlike 4+ years ago when the psych actually had a say in the results.

Spending 6-8+ months just to be told, "thanks but no thanks" is just a waste of my time JUST to get sponsored to do an academy for another 6 months THEN to go on FTO for another 4-6 months THEN probation on another X amount of months depending on the department. Keep in mind any budget cuts or any hiccup in FTO/Probation will end up fucking you over. Even nowadays saying one wrong thing will put you and the department all over the internet and youtube.

I agree with @jqueener trade jobs make just as much if not more than LEOs do while offering better safety and sanity. I just wish I knew about these prior to wasting my time applying to all of these departments right out of college. Fortunately, I am in a position now that makes decent money and I finally have a retirement fund...
