In the works...Extreme Trail in Training Run.

@Tacoma1192 (Kyle) is going to lead an Extreme/Hard Trail Run limited to a small group. He knows there are a hand full of members that would like to get more experience.

Kyle is willing to take another small group of less experience drivers and introduce them to harder trails. requirements for this run 4X4, Sliders, 33's, rear locker, recovery points front/rear.

This run will be on Sat after his John Bull Run and the Trail is TDB.

you got it. This will be Saturday afternoon around 2 or 3 PM. I need to figure out what trail or area to use that is somewhat close and won't take too long. Want to make sure we are all back at camp Saturday night for the shenanigans. This is going to be kinda a guided run where we will take the time to spot you and guide you through rock gardens. seemed like a good opportunity to get some of the folks out there who have built up their trucks but are still a little apprehensive to try out tough trails.

Like I said, I need to figure out what area we can go do this at that won't take all day to do as I'd like to keep it 3-4 hours. My plan is to go up to Big Bear and scout out a trail to do this. this is still in the works.

It's not difficult at all to do all 3 in a day. As long as everyone is properly prepared, start at a decent time and don't fuck around on the trails too much its easy as shit. Dishpan is only 2 obstacles and Holcomb is easier going west to east, start John bull on the on the west end for a challenge.

 

Just looked this trail up. Seems like this would be perfect. Not too long with enough tough rocks to get everyone a good feel for it. I'll find a date and go run it and a few others trails.

I'll plan a pre-run weekend and such for anyone who wants to join and pre run some trails and scout it out as well.
