Just talked to the guy up in FTC with the 6.0 Ferd. Said it had been bulletproofed in the last year, emissions cert in hand

Indeed. Their towing capacity is approaching that of the older full size trucks.

Yup. Ex had a 6.0 Escalade when i had two 5.3s and it felt pretty similar to the 5.3. Only difference was it sounded better and drank more gas.

I'm still interested in the diesel Silverado but hoping the 5.3 will do what i need. The two 5.3s I've had were great. I wanted some full size equipment but think I'll just rent it when i need it and save the hassle of having to get a 2500/3500.

Woke up this morning and my truck was broken into. Cops were already here because we weren't the only ones. Took my first aid kit, my Kammok, and my binoculars then threw everything from the glove box and center console everywhere. :frusty: They are getting lots of prints though so guess we will see...

All the more reason to have security cameras. Wife doesn't like it that I bought a camera for inside the house to record people looking at the house.

I'm just glad they were apparently lazy. There was a giant pelican case in the bed with all my camping gear in it (Just got back from Moab). They didn't even touch it.

I am planning on the Ring as well, I like it because it will work with the Echo Dot I got my wife for her birthday so she can check the door from her desk at home.

Yeah I have a camera in the front recording 24/7. Has kept my house from getting rolled since one of my daughters is in high school. Her classmates know about the camera. :D

Hell yeah, we did that. Had cameras setup so we had an idea if shit got stolen, plus we are clean freaks and required people to take off shoes. One agent and her client trampled all through the wet grass and then up the stairs, signs everywhere letting them know to please remove shoes. That didn't go well for the agent when she tried to deny it and we produced footage. :spy:

Yes you can, the vehicle specific codes on a wrong vehicle just won’t show Anything. So you can go ahead and have them ready
