    I made a big batch of spaghetti sauce last week. Much like you said I always do mine a day ahead of time, toss it in the fridge over night then the next day bring it back up to temp, all those flavors blend together and it's so much better.

    You need some naan bread to go with it. Stuff is freaking awesome. I was I had a tandoori oven so I could make that and tandoori chicken.

    Naan bread is the bomb. I buy the mini wheat ones. I forget the brand but they have them at Ingles and Publix. Eating curry when I lived in Japan got me hooked on it.
