I'm looking at it from an HVAC fanatic's point-of-view, too...

In theory, heating and cooling (especially heating, with that massive wall of windows in the front) a one-story home should be easy, but it is over 3,400 square feet. In this area (Southeast Pennsylvania), that's going to require two A/C units. Actually, you probably could get away with a zoned 5-ton/60,000 BTU unit in this specific house, but I do not believe in cutting corners when it comes to HVAC. There appears to be attic space above both the bedroom area and the dining room, which would be prime space for air handlers. For heat, I would go with a huge gas-fired boiler, located in the basement and set up with three individually-controlled zones. Since the A/C ducts would exclusively be in the ceiling, this would pose a bit of a problem with getting A/C into the basement. However, I'd probably just go with a ductless mini-split or two for the finished basement area...

I just wouldn’t want my master bedroom on the same side of the house as the other rooms

    It's top-of-the-line shit!

Also, I'd want the kids' rooms to be close to me when they were younger, and when I looking for my first house, location of the master bedroom relative to all other bedrooms would not be a top priority...

Yeah, but it has pretty much all the modern features you'd want in a new house today; master suite with full master bath and his and hers walk-in closets, three guest bedrooms, full basement, separate living room and dining room, and not one but two fireplaces!

A "foster parent" for Wags Rescue brought this adorable little girl to the bar where I work! She was rescued from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina, along with her brother!

Someone parked their 2018 Wrangler in the valet lot at work this evening! I do believe that this is the first 2018 Wrangler I've seen outside of the Philly auto show or a dealer's lot!

Tanks are plastic but the tubes and fins are aluminum. Whatever you do, don't put a higher pressure than stock cap on it. It will cause both the radiator and heater core plastic parts to fail prematurely.

I guess that begs the second question...

Would the A/C have to be removed in order for the radiator to be removed?

I wouldn't ever do that. I'm OEM all the way these days. I have no intentions of "hopping up" my Tacoma. They last as long as they do because of Toyota engineering. Suspension is the only thing I ever changed. For reasons we all know of.
