What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Upgraded the speakers in my truck today. Really love the sound now. Before this mod I would not push the volume about 35 due to the terrible sound the stock speakers made at high volume. Now I can push them as high as 45 without any distortion. THANKS ALL for the info. Special thanks to Canyonero and Cemented for reaching out and offering help.

I used the punch to place holes in the weather stripping correlating to the mounting points which keeps the strip intact and the spacers/ bolts slide right in. Looks very “factory” when completed.

I installed the AFE CAI on my 16 TRD Sport and i will say after reading about all the non believers in power increases, i do feel some power improvement. and it sounds so good. exhaust is to come next.

Ya I'm in that category. Looking at either 32.1 or 32.6. The 32.1 would be 275 tho. Saw the 32.6 on a jeep yesterday and loved the look

 

Haha, nice man. I did the same thing except I had a shit load of newspaper surrounding and still had overspray. Turns out a damp microfiber easily took off overspray.

 

When I bought my truck it came with an orange stereo bezel. I wasn’t a huge fan but I was able to find someone that would appreciate it. @Jibbs, thanks for the swap!



Now just need to change out the orange stitching on the seats. Anyone wanna swap seats? Haha!!

I washed my truck for the first time today, now I need to learn how to wax it. It dried instantly in this 95° Louisiana heat

 

Turned 20k today so I gave her a thorough cleaning. Still love this truck as much as the day I bought it.

 

Big mod day, de-badged, tailgate letters, phone mount. Thanks to Tuff Skins, Hondo Garage.

 

Installed the cargo basket today which is going to free up a ton of lightweight bulky space in the cab and bed.

Got the whole setup for $250 shipped, and a Prinsu would have looked way better but dont need a rack year round.
