    I had cooked it in a pan but I’d made a mayonnaise (not light mayo) Parmesan mixture and put it on top and I wanted it a little charred. Just left in it a bit too long lol

    Haha, try very hard to stay awake until close to your normal bedtime, you will wake up super early the next morning anyway. Grab a power nap the next day and work on catching up on stuff until normal bedtime again.
