I got out the door with my 2018 TRD OR 4x4 for 36000ish with new tags and what not. Painful cause I pay 500 a month, but really nice cause i have a working truck that should last me 20 plus years like my other toyotas have.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a similar truck in the Bay Area. Sub $43k OTD which seems like a deal compared to other dealers in the area.

2018 TRD Sport, access cab,6spd man.,premium and tech pkg, door sill, all weather mats, splash guards,CEMENT. Sticker was$37,283.00 , I paid $36,000.00 . Not the best deal but not the worst. It is a rare combo in my area and they new it. My 2nd gen was totaled, so I was in a bind to get something. I really like it a lot, especially the color.

OTD doesn't mean anything for comparison because there are so many things that are inconsistent from one place to another. The best thing is to put what you paid before TTL

Are you sure it has premium and tech? If so, sticker should have been higher than $37k, closer to $41k. If you got a loaded sport for $36k, you got an incredible deal.

Edit - unless manual is that much cheaper?

    First post!

    Excited to join the community.

I've been back and forth twice between the dealer. I'm getting offered the following:

    TRD Sport 4x2, DCSB Silver
    +predator steps

    MSRP: $36,612
    Offer: $33,672

    Trade is $1,000 over KBB.

Has been best trade offer. I have a lot of negative equity.

Just got my Calvary Blue TRD Pro today in NJ.

    MSRP: $45,601
    Paid: $44,101
Other dealers were asking as much as a $5,500 markup. Patiently shopped, and wound up with a great deal. They took over my residual lease payments from previous vehicle as well.

    Couldn’t be happier!

For all you guys that got the premium tech package, is it worth it? I know I want the tech package but can't make up my mind on paying the extra for the premium.

For what it's worth. I was hell bent on getting the premium package. Sat in a truck with a sunroof and didn't fit and was really disappointed. Purchased a truck with tech package only. I was able to upgrade the stereo for a little over $200, sounds equally as good if not better than the JBL truck I sat in. I have also read where the squares are wearing out on the 18 leather seats under where your legs go. That would be a concern to me being how they have only been out 6 months. If I were to go back and I did fit in the premium truck, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't get it.

I wanted a sunroof, so yes. When I first found out you had to get the JBL too I wasn’t too happy but was going to get it anyways. The leather isn’t terrible and the dual climate control is nice.

My uncle bought his 17 trdor prem tech non jbl for more the same price I got my 18 so the jbl isn’t too much of a price concern.

Do you want a sunroof and leather ? Get the premium. Assuming DC
