Thanks, but the @Baja Designs S8 mount is very different than the OnX6, it's really short and would require a cross bar directly under front of light bar. I really just want a mount that allows me to mount to wind screen crossbar... any idea?

I would mount it on a crossbar, move the light to where you want it, then drill some new holes for the new crossbar location.
I don't think you can mount a BD light to the windscreen crossbar. I can only use mine for the windscreen and thats it.

That is Total Chaos' Tacoma so I'm not 100% sure on how the light is mounted. We've seen plenty of trucks with our S8 and the Prinsu racks, but don't have much personal experience on the install.

Have you called Prinsu? They do sell our lights along with their racks and should be able to point you in the right direction.

From order to delivery my TopRac took 15 days. Actually came in a bit sooner than I'd like so I had to scramble to order the other bits and bobs I was gonna mount on it.

Pretty much the same here. Took 14 days from order to delivery from Venture Overland for a cabrac - I was quoted 3 week lead time so I'm stoked to get home to it!

I don't know if anyone has actually tried it, but this seems like it would work. It's a quick disconnect for a trolling motor.

If you do, report back your findings. I’d be curious to see how it works.

Are there any issues with the floor of the Tepui tent hitting the side of the CABRAC when deployed? I don't have a tent yet, and am wondering if it sits on the load bars a little lower than the sides of the Prinsu rack. Thanks

The tent has bars under it- so there will be bars on top of your bars which will make th me bottom sit higher than the side rails

Hey guys was wondering if anyone has used the low profile mounting feet for a prinsu on a flat top LEER cap. (1" lower than the strandard feet) I ordered them with my rack last week and I'm hoping I'll be able to use them. Hope this is the right spot to ask
