Did you already drill holes and screw the fender down in other places?

Without seeing it, I think you can trim the glass so the head light tab is free to sit flat and then where that tab comes across the radiator support could be a new attachment point for the headlight. Just drill a hole and get a 6mm nut and bolt.

I'll snap a couple picks when I go out and post them later when I get back. I didn't think about drilling a new hole to bolt it down but that should work if trimming the fiberglass works.

Mine fit pretty shitty and a cut and sanded a lot to fit, all my friends told me that’s just how fiberglass is so I’m living with it

Here are pictures of how the lights are sitting on top of the radiator support.

Yeah. I've heard the same but these aren't too bad. It's basically just filing to clearance.

Either make a small bracket from the fender bolt to the headlamp or drill a hole in the fender andzip tie to the headlamp. You’ll want some play there anyway or the tabs will break. (Don’t) Ask how I know.

Could try notching the fender around the plastic tab or cut the top portion of the plastic tab off that sits on top of the fender, then drill a new hole in the plastic tab to bolt it to the top of the core support , looks like there is a hole in the core support already on the one side, then yes use washers underneath to lift/level things out if you need.

You could clearance the fiberglass and get the light tab and the fiberglass to sit level with one another and hold down both with a nice big washer cut to fit that area. If some play is important you could add a neoprene washer under the metal one to hold everything down with a little wiggle room - tbh I don't know how much play is required since I haven't done this before, gotta do some of that stuff soon so I've been thinking about it. Good sign both lights look like they're symmetrical. Is the hood gap even and a constant width on both sides?

    Thanks all for the comments.

The hood gap is pretty consistent down each side. The passenger side gap is a bit tighter near the windshield. I could make it the same all the way, but I left it a little wider at the headlight to help with the headlight fitment. The driver side gap is a bit wider at the windshield than at the headlight. I have some more clearancing at the a piller to do, so it may close up a little bit. The passenger side gap in general is about half of what the driver side is, but it's not so bad that it looks way off.

Yeah, that’s what I was imagining. Looks like everyone is on the same page with fixes.
