FS: 3rd Gen 2016-23 (W/ TSS Bracket) Tacoma Grill Mesh - New Hood, Headlight, Fog Light Pieces too!

To my knowledge the normal builds we sell (aluminum mesh + plastic oem bezel) hold up fine, no cracking of the grill shroud or bumper has been reported.

 

I've had my grille for approximately 1 1/2 years... I live in Northern California.. Winter temps, at times can be as low as 20 degrees... Summer can push 110+. That being said, no issues whatsoever thus far.. Great quality product! Awesome customer service as well.

I've had mine for approx. 6 months, I bought the mesh and gooped it in to my existing bezel. Hasn't budged a millimeter all winter, through all sorts of snow and ice and occasionally Sub-Zero temps.

 

Recently did an Inferno front plate for a 2016-17. More than likely this style of lettering is likely going to be used on the 2018's since the individual letters interfere with the sensor trim piece we have.

Looking for another tester for a 2018 ​

Small refundable deposit required. Below is an example of how it will look on the truck. Just a plain slotted mesh version. Looking for detailed feedback on how good/bad the sensor works. Out of the two shipped so far, one works flawlessly and the other is having issues at high speed. PM for more info.

The 2018 design is starting production soon, so look for updates on those soon or possibly a new thread.

Will the 2018 model have the plain slotted option? I really like the prototype you show on the white Tacoma without the logo. Looking forward to your release.

 

Yes. At launch, the only style available will be the slotted version in gloss or flat black. There'll be options to have it plain, with a Toyota or TRD emblem, or with large letters.

 

Need another ‘18 tester? I’ve already swapped out the chrome bezel for a black, so I’m familiar with removal and installation of the grille and TSS sensor.

I think we're all good on testers for the 2018 right now. All the units seem to be functioning with the sensor now, but there may be a small chance that near the end of the month or beginning of next month that we may need 1-2 more owners. I'll post something up if that's needed.

 

Matt, Looking even better than I imagined. I took some extra pics of the harness and sensor disconnect and removal from the stock grille if you would like them to add them to the instructions.
