Agreed, too much coincidence. Tree branch under water popped up and caught the harness. Sheared the 4 wires off right at the connector

It’s got to be abs related. It makes sense that all those systems are affected. When we (I) broke @twheat40 abs wire his dash lit up like a Christmas tree.

No. Wires sheared off right at it though. I'll take a better pic when I get home.

Are you good with soldering? Would make it an easy fix.

If there’s not enough wire left to solder, you could figure out the correct pins, and crimp them to the end of the wire and make a fresh plug.

Yea that's an easy job if you can find the plug part number and there's enough slack.

Not enough wire. It's literally cut right at the connector. I thought about the pin route. When I was swapping my radio, I knew of a site for pins. I forget now though.

Pins are good idea, can possibly be a pain to take out old ones and reinsert new ones. Depends on the style of pin/connector. I may have a tool at work for it though.

Let me see what I can dig up for you. You’ll probably want to solder on a few inches of wire just so the harness isn’t too taut

I smashed my license plate light too backing into a tree. :anonymous:

First time I've broken stuff on a trail though, so not bad.

Speaking of which @EatSleepTacos. You're a part master. Find me the part number for the lower shock mount bolt.
