chase tire rack

    Does anyone here have a chase rack on their TACO's. Trying to get ideas to possible get one made.

    I use a tire gate on my Dodge. You can mount it 2 different ways too.

    i was looking to getting a tire gate that had the tire sticking out. so i could still have more room in the bed.

    That’s what I did. Worked fairly well. I have 37’s so I couldn’t hide a spare underneath.

    I have to do the same cause I have 35's. right now I'm just holding them in my bed with tie downs when i go on trails for now

    Well I can tell you that rack destroyed that trucks bedsides. the bedsides have like 2 foot long cracks going down the sides of them and the pinch welds at the front of the bed to to the bedsides are all busted.

    Yes I would say it’s the rack. Theirs another identical Tacoma that didn’t have a rack on it and the bed is fine. They ended up taking that rack off a while back. Also these are chase trucks that get beat to death in Baja multiple times a year.
