2012 hinge pins?

Sorry if this has been covered somewhere, I did a search and didn’t come up. My front door hinge pin bushings on my 2012 are shot, pins appear to be factory made to not be replaced. I have done this with my old 89 yota pu, do I need to replace the whole hinge? Thanx in advance.

 

If you mean the door hinge. Looks like you need to replace the whole hinge.
