Oh for those who never tried it or thought about it cooking hickory smoked ham slices In hickory smoked bacon fat is very tasty ;) I usually empty the grease almost all the way before cooking the ham for breakfast this week... I was curious how much more flavor it would impart Soo and yeah will be doing that again !

I hate the way my mind works. I started thinking about getting the week started, my brain engaged and I just spent the last 15-20 minutes sending reminder and planning texts. Now it feels like I'm getting my 2nd wind when I should be going to bed...smh.

Morning friends! Didn't sleep too good last night. I went to bed at 10pm and sure as shit, the estrogen started to kick in between the wife and daughter as I began to drift off. Of course, that put me into a tizzy.

Let's see how the salt is in the new mine (aka new job) today...

Nah , wanted to take a can of gas and a flare to a pop up camper my youngest and her bf brought over for me to look at for repairs.... A vintage 1988 ....

    KIMG0934.jpg

This should give you an idea of condition... His parents bought it 2 years ago off CL ..I think me and a buddy have convinced them spending 1k on it to fix it up is a waste .
Other then chores and such and picking up the supplies to build a platform on the back seat for the pup that was the extent of the fun..

    EEEEEEEUUUUUU

    BY BY..
    Never liked Colman campers.
Save the frame and build a trailer if it’s in good shape.

You pulling the seats and hardware or working around it ?

    On Edit

Why is it you that has to repair it? They want to camp, have them fix it..

    Sweet!

    Good morning folks.

Not worried about answers back on my Sunday evening texts. Pretty sure my boss turns his phone off or at least the ringer off. If I send him a text that isn't too important, I send it to his work phone because I know he leaves it in the office and won't see it till he gets there. The other guys I text are part of the small group that always text each other and we know there may or may not be a reply until morning. If it's super important someone will call. They know if I don't answer and it's important to hit my work cell. It sits in my lunchbox with the lid off so I can hear it ring and vibrate against the plastic sides.
