Missed breakfast this morning.

 

I’ve got the Del Taco shits this morning. It’s not great. I remember now why I haven’t eaten there in a couple years

 

As “hipster” as it may be, I’ve been having avocado toast for breakfast during the week. Quick and easy to make and healthy.

 

Yeah, I need to keep something like that in my desk. Not crazy about the vending machines here.

 

It’s just toast with avocado spread on top. It’s the hipster special out here in California that brunch places charge like $10 for.

 

Lotta puking and shitting in here this Monday morning lol.

 

It’s delicious. But I’d never pay for it at a restaurant. I just make it at home. Avocado. 2 pieces of sourdough. Salt and pepper. Start the coffee while the bread is toasting. Nice and easy

 

Oh man, we had those here when I was a kid believe it or not.

I travel with work a bit, had Del Taco the last time I was in Denver. I liked it, better than Taco Bell. I guess that’s not saying much.

The best fast food tacos IMO were Taco Tico. When I lived in New Orleans 10 years ago we had one of those.

The DT is definitely better than the Bell. Both will haunt you the next day though. I won’t be returning for another couple years haha. Fast food in general just doesn’t sit well with me anymore

 

I hear that. Junk food in general just makes me feel bleh. I must be getting old.

Right there with ya. Used to be able to eat that shit all day. Now I eat it and am miserable the next day. I’m only 25 and can’t handle that shit anymore
