I like the Softail model myself the most as well. HD is to expensive though.

I've got to say as far as Sportsters go that is pretty sharp. Unfortunately I'm to tall for them even with the forward riding position controls changed for a taller rider. Not sure if that's still an option.

im trying to pay off stuff early. Roommate's rent goes toward bike, in addition to the monthly payment. Then after its paid off, Ill be putting that into the principal on the house. Gotta get this house paid off in 10 years!

ah no, he moved out. Got another co-worker now. He is 60 something. Has a 2wd Jeep Liberty on 20s, and a mint condition Chrysler Le Baron. He also doesnt do much.

Dont tell anyone, but I charge him my mortgage, as rent :anonymous:. So I am living for free. Yet always broke somehow

@MonkeyProof when youre doing 60, does it feel like the trans is in between 2 gears? Like 55 drops down to a lower gear, and 65 will also do the same. But 60, Im at 2100 rpms, and it feels like its in between

I don't have that feeling, even when towing the crawler. Trans doesn't go back and forth looking for gears.
