Are you going to get it with the back legs for the tool box to sit on and give it rigidity ? The beds are composite they are not real stiff I would be leery of the short mount point spacing and it actually stopping something from going forward. With out additional stiffening from a cross bar to the back or 45 deg down to another point on the load rails.

In an accident with any kind of multiple G force, you’re quite correct. However, I think day to day, it would do a great job of preventing broken windows and cab scratches/scrapes/dents. It appears to mount similar to the standard BackRack I had on my Tacoma; nephews and neices bumped the ATV into it a few times when loading, it didn’t budge. That and a place to mount lights was exactly why I installed it. They make a solid product.

    My 2¢ FWIW. @jaapsheep

Talk to the guy that tried to swap factory wiring wiring from a junk truck and blew his Main Body fuse panel.
He has a 4 pin. Buy a 7 pin plug like I had in my Dakota. It had a 4 pin quick connect to plug Right into the 7. Saving wiring 4 wires. Add the wires you need for brake, rev, charge, etc. if you only need brake, run one.

    First fishies of the year.
Small,,,,(all two pounders),, but shake down run for boat and equipment.

Caught like 20 but most pickerel. They were where the bass usually are.
Need to repair a lure and some line but dam it felt good.

Busy day so far. Went back to see Dr. for this back pain. Took blood and pee. Need to get CT scan..
Cut some grass and did trimming. Neighbor called and asked if I could help install sofit and facia tomorrow. I get a free breakfast.
Now I have to go into work. CRAP
