    How did yours end up?

    I once was a witness to a hit and run during a terrible snow storm. Some guy just slammed straight into the back of this old couple(probably 70's). He pulled over for a sec with them but looked ahead at another accident which there were two cops and sped off. I got the plates and pulled over and shared info with the cops. They never called. I just wonder if the cops even cared, felt really bad for the old couple.

    Are there paint marks on the trailer or your truck identifying it as such that hit you ?

    You can go to a DMV a pay some money to run that plate number you acquired. Should be able to get some information.

    Just lie and say it isn’t part of anything crime related so you can pass the information off to the insurance company, but I’m sure they’ll do this for you. The insurance company will go to great lengths to not pay.

    Relax, breathe, and know it’ll take a long time. You’re insurance company is going to take care of this.

    I would match that up height wise on that trailer and paint markings hopefully like yours quick and take pictures.
