Good evening everybody! We had some serious storms come through still no cable. Tree fell across the road in front of the neighbors so we went out and directed traffic until vdot came and cleared it off

 

Would that work for muskrats?

 

I’m waiting to see how somebody keeps the propane in the gopher hole while they light it..... Muskrats take turtle grease

 

Yeah daddy is going to be doing more directing then then fixing they made the right decision whew..:} New one needs minor stuff / basic maintenance . His truck a bit more , needs brake controller , scan gauge and I highly suggested installing my old tranny cooler.

Which reminds me my yard is a wreck and I need to put down some grub killer. In theory remove the food source and they go away. In theory.

#1 longspring or jump trap works well. So does a #110 Connibear. But your just a bit late in the season. Used to get a dollar a rat as a kid then they went up to $5 a hide. That was equal to half a day lifting and stacking hale bales. Guess hides haven't gone up much since the early 70's. But everything else sure as hell has!
