    2018 trd off road manual
Let me start off my thanking everyone in this community for the support and laughter you have provided in the time I have been watching (learning/ creeping ) this "world." First post. I have always wanted a Tacoma (cut sad story.....) And pulled the trigger on a 2018 Tacoma off road manual transmission. I believe I got a great deal due to the research and things I saw here. (Could of done better but wanted it now, and also was to honest). Anyways wife does not know how to drive a manual. ( I know she is great for letting me buy it) what is your opinion on how many miles it should have on it to start letting her learn? 142 miles currently. I kept the car I drive due to working close to home and commute would not even get the taco to operating temp. So how often do I need to get it out and drive it? I want to use it for camping in the Sierra's and carrying kayaks. Thinking racks, and front rack/ basket suggestions please? Also to sleep with tailgate down and some kind of tarp/cover to accommodate wife, dog, kid?, and I could use a hammock on bumper. Also could bu
y double cot if rack/ frame could hold? Sorry I am new and just dreaming. Thanks again!!!

Find a field, put it in 4 lo, and let her learn offroad. Once she gets the feel for it, put in in 2 hi and go. Congrats on the new truck.

Welcome aboard:hattip:. Go find a rock climbing trail and let her learn to drive it there:D. If she don't make any dents on it there then she will be good to go on the streets:thumbsup::cheers:
