I have a prinsu and a sunroof and there is no issues. The only thing you should pay attention to is when installing the rack to make sure you don't put a bar right at the back of the sunroof that might hit and break the sunroof when you tilt it..

You can position the bars on the prinsu really easily (it's part of the design).

Op, this topic comes up a lot so make sure you search here.. You can find a lot of information in a variety of different threads. Prinsu also has a vendor forum here with some great information.

Ive had the prinsu for awhile now and love it. I have 2 portable water tanks mounted, solar, and some long plano rifle cases with camping/recovery gear. Deffinetly makes the truck look awesome.

I got a smoking deal on 4 40watt coleman panels. Regular over 500$ for 2. on clearance for 150 for 2 at canadian tire. They are bolted right onto my plano lids using 1” aluminum angle iron. The planos i gotoff Amazon but waited till they went down in price.

Is there any other roof rack that uses the factory roof rack holes?

Prinsu works great. With caraige bolts and washers you can fix anything to it.IMG_20180511_165924.jpg

Gobi for me, was the only option.
I had one on my Rubicon for years and loved it.
Put that thing through the ringer and it performed great. Camping gear, RTT, recovery gear, Rotopax, Kayaks, snowboards. It handled everything I could throw at it.

Still looked new after 6yrs of NE salty Winters and overgrown trails.
Ya, the long lead times are the worst and close to double the price of others but well worth it in the end for me.

I was told up to 12 weeks but I did request a custom rack. Not sure if that changed the lead time at all but I do remember waiting months for my old one.

Pics to come in a few months...

OP - I went front runner; there’s pros and cons of each (between it and prinsu) but mine is stout as hell.

Ignore the crappy picture - we were in a rush to get to the water but that’s an 11’ and 12’ kayak on Malone cradles. Pretty much anything bolts up with the right sized carriage bolt, but front runner makes tons of cool accessories too.

Don’t know how long ago you purchased for the rubicon, but their reputation isn’t all that great right now. T4R.org has a handful of threads about how they’re treating their customers and competitors these days.

Thanks. It took me awhile to make my mind up and in the end there really wasn’t a better choice to fit my needs. Really happy with it

None, roof racks are gonna be the new nerdy, because they are. Find a good leather shop and make saddlebags to go over your bed sides.
