Saw this on the news and thought it was worth sharing. Alot of people are cancelling trips to the places that have boycotted Az. Others are starting a "buycott" and visiting Az. when they hadn't previously planned to. But the best part was last nite on TV when Corporation Commission reminded Californians that 25% of their electricity comes from Arizona, and it could get pretty hot in their homes this summer if they didn't have AC.

I was just reading about Peirce sending that letter. Being a resident of LA, I hope you guys pull the plug. I can cook with my BBQ I don't give a shit. Teach these A-holes a lesson.

That would be great to cut off CA power from AZ but it wouldn't be that easy since CA money helped build PV. I think the liberal assholes that can't understand our laws like immigration, should work on repealing them (IF THAT IS WHAT THEY BELIEVE WOULD BE BEST FOR OUR COUNTRY - I DON'T BELIEVE THIS) and less on circumventing them (or even worse - judicial legislating).

I am so sick and tired of hearing the victim drivel!

The real test will be the November elections. The one thing that is a true blessing is that we still have personal choice within our brains (Vis a vis Victor Frankel). The only people I truly have respect for are those that know what personal responsibility and use it. For those that chose not to help themselves - fuck them. :)

Yeah, the boycotting is childish. It is basically blackmail. I think that people are just trying to remind California that a boycott really isn't in their best interest, either. And may in fact backfire on them.

On the positive side, this kind of behavior that we are seeing usually solidifies those that support it. It may even drive people who are not usually active to become so. I honestly feel that the majority Americans support Arizona and understand their position.

The law really only says "We will enforce the federal law." What is so fucked up about that? If people don't like it, get it repealed! The truly sad deal is that the minions that get huffy about this are truly just puppets to people who are trying to control their power and don't really give a shit about those affected. Look at the Mexican voters that voted for our current 'leader' - They thought they would get 'imigration reform' aka ignore our laws.

I just listened to our 'leader's' drivel about us limiting our drug use... Pretty inconsistent with his law enforcement opinions. I just have such a hard time with people that talk out of both ends - regardless of party.

This TEA (Taxed Enough Already) movement may get some traction.

GOD BLESS AMERICA - (sorry if it's illegal to say it in your state and if it is, you know what type of people to thank!)
