There's still a few long slushy patches of snow towards the top of Quartz Mountain, but it's easily passable. Glad we found a topo map from NWJeepn, it's pretty easy to get lost with all of the connecting trails.

 

That's one way to get $60k for a sponsored build.

Pulled the boot and everything looks normal. No power steering fluid leaks either. I'm stumped as to how the boot got so out of shape.

Nice!! That snow melted fast. Last weekend we made it to the Y before you get on the road to Quartz, which is still quite a ways from the top. Come to think of it i've never actually been to the top, always got stopped by the snow.

Where did you guys camp?

I just saw some pictures on Instagram that someone was on it so I guess it’s still accessible somehow! But someone lit a fire in the middle of the bridge again so more of the RR ties are burnt out

Temp hit 80 on Saturday while we were there so guessing the remaining snow won't last long.

We found a nice open spot with a view about 9 miles before hitting Quart Mtn. Forgot to drop a pin on the camp spot (doh!).

 

I love how he's getting around the gambling laws by having you buy a patch.

 

We have them in stock typically, if not we'll order them in for you.

Hey fellas. Looks like I will be flying out on the 31st to Seattle area. The wife and I will be looking at some urban neighborhoods for our initial settling. Any feedback on Ballard or Queen Anne, positive/Negative? kind of the two areas we are targeting now as we are going to get down to brass tax and keep one vehicle and sell everything we have before we move.
