    My 1st Time..need to come back and check a few of these trails for sure! I usually camp up near Mt. Mitchell so looking for free spots and expanding my horizons!

    We take our scouts to Mt. Mitchell in the middle of winter for a winter backpacker. They have a love hate relationship with that hike especially when there is a foot of snow on the hike! I enjoy it because I just laugh at them and push them along mind over matter game is what it becomes. When they finish the whole weekend they get a huge sense of accomplishment.

    Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
    Can anyone recommend an NC inspection station in South Charlotte/Matthews/ Indian Trail that is more lenient on window tint? Truck came from SC with heavy tint. PM me so we don't out them. thanks.
