Being 50yrs old, there had to be a few full service gas stations around when you started driving? I always avoided them. The one time, about 20yrs ago, that a self serve station hired some cute ladies to pump gas for tips, I tried to wave her off. She already opened filler door when I walked into it. Thankfully, she just quietly sulked away.

That is an odd problem that you are having. Could it be possible that someone is trying to steal your fuel?

You got me. Never had that problem with the '06, '11, or with my current 2017. I've never even heard of that particular issue until now. Maybe someone else can shed some light on the subject. Only explanation that I could think of was the one that I offered. Just a suggestion on my part.
Hope you find a reason as well as a solution to the problem. Wish you luck.
Oh and I hear you on pumping your gas. If I pull into a station with an attendant and they don't allow me to pump my own gas I move on.

I don’t see how you guys can stand hauling around 400-600 lbs of extra shit all the time with your loaded trucks. I had 500lbs of mulch in the back of mine for a week and it felt like a slug. I finally got my girlfriend to unload it! Lol With it empty is sooooo much better !

Oh gawd, not yet. I turned 45 in February.

So yeah, the puppy jokes still apply. Although given the lifespans in my family, I should be moving on to whatever that aging chow is now adays.

Don't go there, nothing that's good for you tastes good. Just eat good tasting food in moderation and avoid looking at Gregs grilling antics. I swear I gain weight just looking at his cooking!
    :rofl::rofl:
But it looks sooooo good! :annoyed:

Too true. I like to eat just about everything. That helps keep the good and bad in balance.

Dub has some tasty food pics. My stomach growls when I see them. Worse is that I've been thinking about a getting back to a charcoal grill for years now. Another TW mod problem.

Yupa little less power, not sure if that matters, but it’s the only truly wireless one I’ve seen.

Along with my smoker I also use a "park style" grill. I'm a charcoal starter and grill guy all the way! No charcoal lighter fluid ever and I mean never!! The really neat thing about the park style grill is that Northern Tool makes a pedastal mount that fits the receiver hitch on my Taco. That way I get to use the same grill both at home and on the go.
Works out great when hunting, fishing and camping. Love the thing. A cheaper and in my opinion a more practical solution to the tire carrier grill combo you see on some rigs.

Dang thing is bomb proof as long as you take care of it, keep it cleaned and seasoned. Built like a tank. Been using the same one for over 15 years. It will definately outlast me! Solid purchase, you wouldn't be disappointed!!

That's the thing. Our gas grille is about 12yrs old and starting to age. That park grille could be a good replacement for it and an alternative as long as it lasts.

    BOTH......is the right answer.

    Multiple grills are essential.

You'll never have to worry about running out of gas or having a spare cylinder hanging around. And once or twice a year Lowe's has a sale on Kingsford charcoal usually around Memorial Day. Two 20lb. bags for $9.99. Add a Weber or similar charcoal starter, couple of pages of newspaper and you're rocking.

Haha! That is the goal in the near term.

I have a feeling that the charcoal grill will eventually lead to a smoker also.
