2017 Tacoma Factory DIFF Bushing?!?

I was in the process of installing the ECGS bushing in my 2017 tacoma sport.

Problem is my tacoma didn't have a needle bearing in it, there was already a bushing. Note this truck was bought new. So a previous owner didn't swap it.

My problem is the ECGS bushing didn't fit because the OD of the factory bushing removed is a lot smaller than the ECGS OD.

When did tacomas start coming with bushings in the clamshell?
