LOL! exactly, one time a lady got mad at me and said our company was not up to date with technology cause I couldnt supply her with a hotmail or gmail address. I told her she just needs to sign up for one on her own and that we dont own that domain name so its not possible for us to give her one of those addys.

Also had a lady get right pissed off that she couldnt see the cars moving on google earth.

Had another lady pissed that her "Blue E" was missing (ie icon on desktop)

list goes on and on

 

I hate when i do Damage or Hurt my Truck ....it makes me sad

 

Nad at least those folks were able to talk to someone in the States what jerks me of is when you call a Tech dept. and the person can not speak English. I had one tell me that she lived in the State of DALLAS.

 

lol ya my gf used to work for some american company and she had to lie about where she lived, had to say she was in north dakota.

thats the problem with the larger companies is that its cheaper for them to out source their tech support.
