2006 2.7l sport? is this possible?

I just bought my truck and it is a 2wd 4cyl 2006 and it has some "trd sport" stickers on the side. were these stickers added from the factory? and if so what comes with them?

 

yeah, not possible...thats a base model like mine. They were probs added later just bc.

 

Those stickers are not from the factory, someone put them on. That truck looks like a base model.

no you are a 5 lug which means that you are not compatible with most if any TRD suspension parts.

I would go back and raise hell.

If you got it for a decent price, I wouldn't worry about it. If the dealer tried to jack the price up by saying it was a TRD Sport, I'd say something. Most likely it was the previous owner and not the dealer that put the stickers on. Good luck with your new truck!

 

ya the dealer didnt mention anything about the stickers i just wanted to know what was up after i bought it. it is an 06 with 54k and i got it for $9000, hopefully that was a good deal

is it an SR5 and what transmission?


as a side note, my net worth calculation carries mine at 9,300 for a 06, 53K miles, 5 speed, access cab with the convience package (power windows, locks, cruise, but no chrome rear or intermittent wipers amoung other things). i use an annual depriation of 9%.

from memory, sr5 was anouther 900, auto was 600 and access was 2000 or so.

so it is an sr5 w/auto, the price doesn't sound bad imo. your results may vary
