That’s impressive I still lift 4-6 days a week but running pfffttt my knees won’t allow it after so many jumps. But do the elliptical or stairs 4X a week for 30 min but I eat like garbage.

It's hell to have to work and tear your self up. But I would do it again for all the adventures I have had all over the world.

one of the reasons I don't road race anymore....the knee started to buckle when under a load.....kinda hard to transition from left to right on the bike when one knee pops out.

How’s the ride with your dakars? Also do have the medium or HD.

Have medium #EL095R - OME Rear leaf springs and they ride great as far as I'm concerned, don't really notice any difference from factory, maybe slightly stiffer but better flex, better weight capacity and taller ride height.

Like them enough that I'm keeping them and adding the extra leaves to make them the HD set and 1/2" taller.
Mainly because #800 lb 4 wheeler I haul around alot

    Fingers crossed for ejector seat!

That eating laundry detergent is bad.

I have “friends” that fall apart if they can’t find their phone

OK, this is definitely a thing of the past. Most businesses don’t even accept checks anymore because it is so easy to fake them or commit account fraud. The understanding behind why you balance a checkbook is vital, but should be taught outside of dateable technology. Hell, even physical debit/credit cards are starting to go the way of the buffalo... (but not coming back)

Don’t tell CFO this I ordered the HD’s so that she...I mean we have some growing room. Actually was cheaper to get HD an remove the aal instead of buying medium then purchasing it later if need be.

I would not call learning how to budget and schedule what has to be paid and when a dateable tech....it is still best done with pen and paper then transcribed into a spreadsheet so you can paste it to the wall so every time you walk in the door you are reminded of what shit costs.

kids these days just think everything is beg, borrow or steal. reason so many are defaulting on student loans and can't afford to move out of moms basement till they reach 40....

bring back auto shop, wood shop, metal shop- force the fat kid to climb the rope and let teachers fail the brats....and the government wonders why the Japanese and Chinese kick our asses in education......last text book I saw had a 2 page "chapter" on the civil war, and a paragraph mention about Korea and Vietnam.....20+ pages dedicated solely to slavery.......
